We have a zero tolerance policy to modern slavery in any part of our business and our supply chain. This policy reflects our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity within the Netwrix group of companies and in all our business relationships. Further, this policy reflects our commitment to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery is not taking place anywhere in our business or supply chain.

DUE DILIGENCE PROCESSES FOR MODERN SLAVERY

In support of our policy and to identify and mitigate risk we:

• have in place systems to encourage the reporting of concerns and to protect whistle blowers;
• expect all points in the supply chain to adopt suitable modern slavery policies and processes;
• are committed to ensuring there is transparency in our own business and in our approach to tackling modern slavery; and
• ensure that all staff are aware of our policy of zero tolerance to modern slavery.
